A standard printed tablecloth comes with a 100cm x 48cm print area, or the closest size depending on your artwork proportions.
A circular artwork is usually printed at a 40cm diameter; however, this varies depending on the artwork you require.

We use a full-color CMYK photographic quality print process at 1440 dots per inch, the highest print resolution available, designed to look photo-real at both near and far distances.
We print onto specialist digital media and then cure it for 24 hours to allow the inks to settle and bond completely to the fabric.
Afterward, we heat press the media onto the cloth using an industrial heat press, resulting in a fully washable product that won’t crack or fade over time, no matter how hard you work it.
Depending on the complexity of your print we will then either print on to paper and use a heat press to dye the fabric, or print directly on to your fabric and again seal the ink with heat.
This is a fully washable product which will not run or fade as the inks are UV ink quality.
Vectorized file formats are required to achieve the best and most precise quality of printing for your branded tablecloths. This requirement allows the artwork to be resized to any size without any loss of quality, preventing the edges from becoming fuzzy or pixelated. Therefore, artwork and logos should be sent in EPS, Adobe Illustrator file, or PDF format.
JPEG and GIF files, however, are not suitable for printing since they are pixel-based and may not provide a high-quality print service. Additionally, this ensures the printer can see the edges and parts of the logo, which would otherwise appear to the print machine as a single flattened layer.
If a tablecloth is to be printed, the vector file allows the logo to be cut around and printed onto the cloth. In the case of embroidered tablecloths, the software can see the different sections, and different stitch types, sizes, and colors can then be applied to each part by experts, giving the embroidery depth and life.

We use Luxury Plain fabric for printing, which is 100% polyester and of restaurant quality. Consequently, you can fully wash it, and it will continue to look good throughout its lifespan due to its durability. Moreover, the Luxury Plain fabric, available in 26 color options, weighs 220gsm and features a brushed cotton finish.
Furthermore, this fabric is very easy to care for and remains colorfast, meaning it doesn’t pick up other colors or lose its own color. Additionally, designed to look good after repeated uses and washes, the Luxury Plain fabric is very hard-wearing.
We have, in fact, specially made this fabric for Express Tablecloths. With a width of 240cm, it doesn’t require a join for larger tablecloths. Our exhibition tablecloth sizes include a full drop all the way to the floor.

Furthermore, you can customize a luxury white fitted tablecloth, pleated tablecloth, or skirting. Accepted file formats include PDF, EPS, SVG, AI, or DXF. However, please note that PNG or JPG file formats might not be suitable.
