    Elessi will accept exchanges and returns of unworn and unwashed garments within 30 days of the date of purchase (14 days during the sales period), on presentation of the original till receipt at any store where the corresponding collection is available within the country of purchase.

    Your return will usually be processed within a week to a week and a half. We’ll send you a Return Notification email to notify you once the return has been completed.
    Please allow 1-3 business days for refunds to be received to the original form of payment once the return has been processed.

WHAT SIZE PRINTS FITTED TABLECLOTH ARE AVAILABLE?

A standard printed fitted tablecloth comes with a 100cm x 48cm print area, or the closest size depending on your artwork proportions.
A circular artwork is usually printed at 40cm diameter but this varies depending on the artwork you require.

WHAT IS THE PRINT SERVICE PROCESS?

The print service process we use is a full colour CMKY photographic quality print at 1440 dots per inch, that’s the highest print resolution available and is designed to look photo real at near or far distance.

We print on to specialist digital media which is then cured for 24 hours to allow the inks to settle and become completely bonded to the fabric.

This is then heat pressed on to the cloth using an industrial heat press, giving a fully washable product that won’t crack or fade over time, however hard you work it.

Depending on the complexity of your print we will then either print on to paper and use a heat press to dye the fabric, or print directly on to your fabric and again seal the ink with heat.
This is a fully washable product which will not run or fade as the inks are UV ink quality.

PRINT SERVICE FITTED TABLECLOTH INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR LOGO.

We require vectorized file formats to achieve the best and precise quality of printing for your branded tablecloths which allows the artwork to be resized to any size without any loss of quality and the edges becoming fuzzy or pixelated.
The artwork/logos should be sent in an EPS, Adobe Illustrator file or PDF format.

JPEG and GIF files are not suitable for printing as they are pixel based and may not give a high quality print service.
It also allows the printer to be able to see the edges and parts of the logo which would otherwise appear to the print machine as one single flattened layer.

If we are then to print a tablecloth the vector file allows us to cut around the logo to be printed onto the cloth and in the case of the embroidered tablecloth this allows the software to see the different sections and our experts are then able to apply different stitch types, sizes and colours to each part to give the embroidery depth and life.

WHAT IS THE FABRIC USED FOR PRINTING?

The Luxury Plain is the fabric we use for printing, is 100% polyester and of restaurant quality.

It is fully washable and will continue to look good throughout its lifespan due to the durability of the fabric.
The Luxury Plain fabric is available in 26 colour options, weighs 220gsm and is 100% polyester with a brushed cotton finish.

It is a very easy to care for fabric and is also very colour fast meaning it doesn’t pick up other colours, or lose its own colour.

It’s a very hard wearing fabric designed to look good after repeated uses and washes.

The Luxury plain fabric has been specially made for Express Tablecloths.

It has a width of 240cm therefore would not require a join for larger Tablecloths.

The exhibition tablecloth sizes includes a full drop all the way to the floor.

If you take a look at the images for assurance,
we recommend round cornered tablecloths so that the corners do not trail on the floor.

HOW DO I WASH MY PRINTED FABRIC?

Printed tablecloths can be washed at 30 degrees and with a mild detergent.

Full instructions are below:

  1. Wash at 40 degrees
  2. Use a gentle washing detergent
  3. Do not use fabric conditioner
  4. Do not use bleach
  5. Do not tumble dry
  6. Do not dry clean
  7. Iron on reverse only at very low temperature setting
  8. Do not dry clean the printed tablecloths as the chemicals will attack the print.

How long will it take for my cloth to be delivered?

If you can send your vectored artwork with your order, the production time should be 5 to 7 working days

Returns

As we only stock fabric rolls and cut every order to customer specifications ( all products are custom made) and as such return is only possible if there is a manufacturing error or defect in the material, the buyer will be responsible for the return of the goods, after inspecting the goods if a defect is found then a refund or replacement will be arranged. In the case of faulty or damaged goods, the Buyer must inform the Seller within 3 business days of receiving the goods. As this is a manual production process a difference of 1 to 2 cm from the size stated on the website or the size ordered by the customer is within acceptable tolerance and will not be accepted as a reason for return.

Ways of placing an order

Orders can be placed on our website. You can also email us your order details. Call and speak to the customer service team. Any amendment to orders must be submitted in writing and before the order has been processed if an order has been processed then we can not change or refund it. Express Linen and Textiles Ltd reserve the right to accept or decline any order even if payment has been made in full.

Fabric and Colours

All items made from fabric with a pattern or print (Gingham, Ivy leaf or any other) may not be cut in alignment with the pattern or print. We provide colour swatches free of charge to all customers on request as the colours on our website may not accurately reflect the items actual colour. Different batches of material might have slight differences in shade, buyers should be aware of this if they are placing an order based on the swatch color you received from us. VAT/TAX Customers will be responsible for payment of any vat/tax on goods shipped to the UK only. All customers outside the UK will be vat/tax exempt. CUSTOM CLEARANCE All customers that purchase goods from Express Linen and Textiles are responsible for custom clearance costs. Customers can not refuse the order once it has been dispatched.

Shipping and Delivery

Goods shipped to UK mainland will be dispatched within 4/5 days after payment has been received in full. The seller (Express Linen and Textile Ltd) will not be held responsible for the goods after we have fulfilled our end and the goods have left the premises under any circumstances. The goods will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the buyer on the order form. The seller (Express Linen and Textile Ltd) will not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery once the goods have left our premises since outside factors are beyond our control. In the case that the Currier has not been able to deliver the goods to the buyer for any reason outside the seller’s control then we as the seller will try our best to arrange re-delivery. If the courier cannot deliver due to customer error and the parcel is returned to the seller, then a new shipping cost will be required from the customer.
